A proposal to turn a cluster of Echo Park storefronts into a retail and residential complicated known as Brick Works is shaping up, with advertising and marketing substances providing a appear at how the business part of the new complex would look.

Developer Champion Real Estate Company is planning to redevelop the property at 1485 to 1501 West Sunset Boulevard, turning the A Grocery Warehouse and the one- and two-story constructions on both facet of the grocery store, into a eating destination.

The advertising materials, first spotted via The Eastsider, say it would offer spots for up to 10 restaurants.

In March, Champion informed Curbed that the layout also includes constructing residential lofts on the parking lot. This brochure doesn’t encompass any important points on the residential portion of the complex, and the developer hasn’t yet clarified whether or not that phase of the plan has changed.
